The PlayON Pundit picks his fantasy football line up for the coming Gameweek. He’s less about the stats, more about going with your instincts. How many of his picks feature in your line up?
Goalkeeper
Costel Pantilimon (Sunderland)
With Tony Pulis’ West Brom side coming to town, Pantilimon will have a chances to add to his total of six cleansheets. Pulis always sets up his side to defend first and this game should be no different.
Defenders
Branislav Ivanovic (Chelsea), Kurt Zouma (Chelsea), John Stones (Everton), Leighton Baines (Everton)
Everton’s defence has been ultra stingy since Stones returned to the line up, while Chelsea’s match up against Burnley is a good one for an already top quality defence. In Baines and Ivanovic I also have two of the best attacking defenders in fantasy football.
Midfielders
Edin Hazard (Chelsea), Francis Coquelin (Arsenal), Daley Blind (Man Utd), Ross Barkley (Everton)
Hazard is a no brainer, and the duo of Coquelin and Blind are two of the top defensive midfield options around. Barkley is the wild card here. He has struggled for form and fitness of late, but the match up – against bottom side Leicester – could be the one he needs to turn things around. He is too talented not to have an impact.
Forwards
Sergio Aguero (Man City), Harry Kane (Spurs)
Aguero returned to form with a brace against Stoke and so has resumed his must start status. Kane is a no brainer in any type of fantasy football.
