Our weekly roundup of the injured, sick and suspended. As we move toward Gameweek 18, here’s a reminder of who’s ruled in and out of the action.

No new injury concerns for the Gunners ahead of their trip across London to face QPR on the 26th. Hector Bellerin was ruled out prior to the Liverpool fixture on Sunday and remains so with an ankle injury.

Tom Cleverly and Alan Hutton are set to return to the fold following suspension, while Gabby Agbonlahor has had his unfair suspension rescinded and is now available for selection on for the trip to Swansea.

Burnley
Next Up: Liverpool (H)
Sam Vokes could return to contention ahead of Burnley’s Boxing Day hosting of Liverpool in GW 18. The return of the frontman could provide a timely boost in the hectic Christmas calendar.

Chelsea
Next Up: West Ham (H)
Eden Hazard was cut down in the prime of life in a wet and windy Stoke on Monday night. Chelsea departed the victors, but the fitness of the Belgian has been the main point of focus ever since. Mourinho may not risk him in the all-London clash with West Ham, but the Blues have ample replacements waiting to come in.

Marouane Chamakh the only first teamer out of contention as the resurgent Southampton travel to London in Gameweek 18.

Everton
Next Up: Stoke (H)
The Toffees have number of players in fitness limbo at the moment, with McCarthy and Mirallas chief among those concerned. Hosting Stoke on Friday, Roberto Martinez needs to stave off this run of middling form.

Hull
Next Up: Sunderland (A)
Hull and Steve Bruce have had to recall the likes of Ince and Figueroa from loan as their list of available players shrinks with injury and suspension. Navigating the festive period could prove troublesome without the suspended Huddlestone, while Paul McShane remains exiled for reasons unknown.

Leicester
Next Up: Spurs (H)
The absence of Kasper Schmeichel looms large over the King Power Stadium as Leicester welcome Spurs in a tough boxing day fixture. With Tottenham winning two on the bounce in recent weeks, it could prove a foregone conclusion.

Liverpool
Next Up: Burnley (A)
For all Fabio Borini’s impetus and energy at home to Arsenal in Gameweek 17, his cameo inevitably ended in his dismissal after accumulating two yellow cards in quick succession. Dejan Lovren remains an injury doubt for the trip to Burnley but given the standard of his recent performances, his inclusion in first eleven would come as a surprise regardless.

Manchester City

City may be forced yet again to take to the field without a centre forward as fourth choice Pozo remains doubtful for a tie at The Hawthorns.

Manchester United
United for the first time perhaps this season have their main attacking talents fully fit and ready to line out in Gameweek 18. While Van Gaal will be faced with a selection headache on that front, he is still missing several key figures in central defence and centre-midfield.

Newcastle United
Next Up: Manchester United (H)
Cheick Tiote is rendered suspended for Gameweek 18 following a high octane Tyne-Wear derby. Perhaps the most injury struck side in the league, Newcastle have fared remarkably well throughout. They now face a decidedly tough run of games however, with Manchester United first up.

QPR

No new injury issues for QPR going into a London clash with Arsenal. Harry Redknapp will be be praying that star striker Charlie Austin can continue his incredible form.

Southampton
Midfield duo Morgan Schneiderlin and Victor Wanyama return from suspension in timely fashion to bolster a squad that had become quite depleted in recent games. The commanding Jose Fonte however, misses the Crystal Palace fixture through suspension.

Stoke
Mark Hughes will be hoping to bounce back away to an out of sorts Everton on Boxing Day, with only Ireland the only potential returning party.

Next Up: Hull (H)
Sunderland host Hull in another North-East clash in Gameweek 18. Reveillere was ruled out of contention prior to the Newcastle game last weekend and he will remain so for the coming game at least. Connor Wickham, meanwhile, is suspended for one match.

Sigurdsson, Britton and Montero are all rearing to return to the fray following various layoffs with respective niggling injuries.
